Dr Dinesh Kumar Gunasekaran

Dr. Dinesh is a Consultant Pediatric Anesthesiologist at GKNM Hospital, Coimbatore. He completed his MBBS from Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University and MD (Anesthesiology) from Meenakshi University, followed by a post-doctoral course in pediatric anesthesia at Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR University. He completed a pediatric regional fellowship from Ohio, USA. One of the few qualified pediatric anesthesiologists in India with more than 5 years of experience and over 5,000 cases, he has super-specialty training in pediatric regional anesthesia and has trained at Children’s Hospital, Ohio Columbus, USA and Childs Trust Hospital, Chennai. He has vast experience in pediatric dental, orthopedic, general urology, ENT, and neurosurgeries, and was part of cleft lip surgical camps in Africa and Vietnam. He has various paper presentations and publications, the most recent in the Society of Pediatric Anesthesia, USA.
